Aspherical and large-sized optics research division of JSC "Peleng" renders services
Aspherical surfaces production (parable, ellipsoid, hyperboloid and other aspherial surfaces of any order)
- axially symmetric;
- axially symmetric with central screening;
- off-axis;
- concave and convex.
Machines: AP-160, AP-350, AP-1000, AD-1250, PDA-1300, PD-500, ShPD-500, ShP-1000. of. 104, B-17, Makayonka str.
Dimensions of produced surfaces: diameter 60 – 1250 mm.
Accuracy of produced surfaces: RMS – up to 0,01 (λ = 632,8 nm), at surface's diameter up to 350 mm RMS could be - up to 0,006.
Depth of asphericity up to 250 μm (depending on surface diameter).
Asphericity grade up to 2 μm/mm.
