Quality management system
Quality management system (QMS) in JSC "Peleng" corresponds to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ensures products quality during their design and manufacturing.
The QMS covering development, manufacturing, repair and warranty service of manufactured optoelectronic products is recognized as corresponding to the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015, GOST RV 0015-002-2020, RK-98-KT, RK-11-KT and OST 134-1028-2012 by the certification agency CJSC "Monolit-Sert" (RF) in the "Military Register" certification system.
The QMS of the company was examined by Certification Association "Russian Register" in the international certification system IQNet and correspond to the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2015 covering development, manufacturing, repair and warranty service of electric distribution and control equipment, devices, miсroscopes and apparatus, optical devices for physical researches, including meteorological.
Quality policy of JSC "Peleng" oriented to:
- The use of advanced technologies, technical solutions on the created products.
- Ensuring the compliance of the QMS with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015, GOST RV 0015-002-2020, RK-11KT, RK-98-KT, OST 134-1028-2012, with the rev. 1.
- Application of modern high-performance technological and testing equipment, measuring and control instruments, advanced technologies, components and materials to the production.
- Infrastructure modernization of production and testing facilities, ensuring conditions and resources for personnel to design and manufacture defect-free products.
- Carrying out activities for the formation of highly qualified human resources.
- The use of advanced technologies, technical solutions on the created products.
- Prevention of quality problems through systematic analysis and application of a risk-based approach to the performance of business processes.
